X-ray Generators ODEL (Italy)
What is an X-ray Generator?
An X-ray generator or X-ray device is a complex set of electrical, electronic and digital components. Its main function is to supply power to the X-ray tube, control and stabilize its operation, and protect against overload during diagnostic examinations. The generator converts the voltage of a three-phase network (380/400 V) or single-phase (220/230 V) into high-voltage voltage from 40 to 150 kV, which is supplied to the X-ray tube. As a result, X-ray radiation is generated, which illuminates the controlled object.
ODEL X-ray Generators
X-ray diagnostics is an important element of modern medicine, and X-ray generators play a critical role in providing high-quality medical images. The Italian company ODEL SRL began its activity in 1951 as a manufacturer of high-power transformers. In 1961, ODEL presented its first X-ray device - a step-up transformer, which was installed on a control console developed by the company in the same period. This device became the basis for the current range of radiological devices.
ODEL X-ray generators have been certified since 1993 in accordance with European Union standards, confirming their compliance with high safety and quality requirements.
ODEL is known as a manufacturer of high-quality products that meet strict safety and reliability standards in the industry.

All ODEL generators are equipped with convenient touch-screen consoles (control panels) with a diagonal of 7 inches (10.4" on request).
Exposure control is possible in two ways: via the operator's computer or directly from the touch-screen console. In addition, all generators can be equipped free of charge.
ODEL generators can be equipped with a special interface for digital systems, designed for manufacturers of X-ray equipment.
For developers and manufacturers of digital X-ray systems, ODEL has the ability to manufacture a generator simulator capable of simulating electrical and digital signals for testing without a physical generator.
ODEL is a leader in in the production of X-ray generators, relying on more than 60 years of experience in this field. An innovative approach to the development and manufacture of high-quality products makes ODEL a reliable partner for medical institutions. Thanks to a wide range of generators, medical institutions can choose the optimal equipment that meets their needs, ensuring the improvement of diagnostic processes and the quality of medical services.
High-frequency X-ray generators manufactured by ODEL SRL meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of Medical Products in Ukraine, which confirms their compliance with modern safety and efficiency standards.
